Eligibility: Only first-time deals with a company are eligible and all claims are subject to verification by the listed company. Multiple gift cards may be issued to the same individual when separate RFPs result in eligible deals with different companies. To qualify, claim forms must be submitted within seven days of finalizing the deal with the listed company.
