You agree to use this system for your personal use only and your user name and/or password is not to be shared or used by any other individual. Sharing your account, or distribution of any contents of the FTWD print or online version is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of the terms and conditions of usage and may also violate U.S. copyright laws.

Leonard's Guide maintains full authority to exercise legal remedy for infringement of copyright as well as financial loss resulting from violation of these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to protect your user name and password from use by any other individual.

The Subscriber's membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.

The Subscriber must promptly inform Leonard's Guide of any breaches of security such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of a user name of password.

Until Leonard's Guide receives notification by electronic or conventional mail or by telephone of a breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized use of the services and goods provided by Leonard's Guide to that user account.

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Leonard's Guide will monitor usage and reserves the right to cancel and terminate any subscription that it determines is violating the terms and conditions of this agreement without any refund of paid subscription fees.
