Ending Your Session

Click on the "Logout" button on the menu to the left of the screen when you are finished. Then, close that window. Otherwise, you will get a message that you are already logged in if you try to logon again after your original session.

Search Description

Use this form to obtain detailed information about a specific company. Simply fill in the information you know and click Search. The system then displays a list of the firms that match your search criteria. You may then browse through those listings or modify your search and resubmit it.

General Search Tips

• All field entries are optional. You may want to start your search by entering just the single field (e.g. Company name). The greater the number of fields you enter, the more likely some detail is incorrect and the search may fail. If too many listings are retrieved, add additional terms in the fields to refine your search.
• You can use several search categories at the same time with explicit AND between them.
• Search terms are not case sensitive.
• Apostrophes (') and quotation marks (") cannot be used in search criteria fields.

Field Descriptions

Company Name

Enter the firm you wish to locate. You do not need to enter the full name of the firm; however, you should enter enough information to be reasonably unique (Example: Either "Tower" or "Group" for "Tower Group International, Inc.").

Location

Select the primary location in which you need to locate a firm. If you select "(any)" in the "States" field, all U.S. states, Canada and Mexico will be searched.

ZIP range

Enter the ZIP range you are interested in. E.g. 90220-90221. Note that it's necessary to fill both values with the same ZIP to search for specific location. E.g. 90220-90220. 

Area code

Enter the required phone area code to this box.

Storage area

Enter the required storage area range in sq. ft. to the boxes.

Classification

Enter the classification you are interested in (e.g. public warehousing, contract warehousing, etc.). Use up to 3 fields to select more then one entry. Use and/or selector to specify if you need firm to have all or any of the entries entered.

Products handled

Enter the product you are interested in (e.g. building materials, food products, etc.). Use up to 3 fields to select more then one entry. Use and/or selector to specify if you need firm to have all or any of the entries entered.

Distribution services

Enter the product you are interested in (e.g. pick & pack, local delivery, etc.). Use up to 3 fields to select more then one entry. Use and/or selector to specify if you need firm to have all or any of the entries entered.

Number of rows per page

Select the number of firm profiles you want to display on the single search result page.

Sort results

Select the order to sort the firm profiles.
